High/low cardio and strength training class designed to burn fat and increase muscle tone. Aerobic exercise, toning and stretching for all levels.
What to bring to class: towel & water bottle. All exercise equipment provided.

Mon-Thurs 6:00 am-8:30 pm;
Friday 6:00 am- 7:00 pm;
Saturday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm;
Sunday 1:00 pm-5:30 pm
