Great Beginnings

Low level class using bands, weights, chairs and slow movements to increase strength, cardiovascular fitness and improve balance. Appropriate for seniors, beginning exercisers and those with chronic conditions.

What to bring to class:  Water bottle. All exercise equipment provided.
