When it comes to Group Fitness at Haywood Regional Health & Fitness Center, variety is everything. Here you’ll find tried-and-true favorites such as Zumba, water aerobics, and spin intermixed with innovative and dynamic concepts such as MC2, Bars & Balance and Boot Camp. Our passionate, energetic, and professionally trained instructional staff make the extra effort to ensure you’re comfortable walking in to each and every class and giving it your best try.
All Group Fitness classes are included with membership to Haywood Regional Health & Fitness Center, with no additional cost. No signups or additional registrations are required in order to attend a class.

At HRH&FC, we believe that every participant is welcome to try a Group Fitness class of their choosing.  We do however encourage using caution, and being knowledgeable about a given class prior to beginning. Participants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the descriptions and the difficulty rating (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced) of the class first, and if further clarification is needed, speak to a staff member or class Instructor for more detail.

Class Etiquette: Please arrive on time for classes. If you arrive too late, you may be asked to leave the room by the instructor as it is disruptive and missing warm-up increases risk of injury.

Notes: Classes are subject to change and are reviewed carefully on a monthly basis and the schedule will ebb & flow throughout the year. New classes are trialed during busy seasons. Long-term success is based primarily on attendance, demand and instructor availability.
