Fit Kids Club
Turn fitness into fun. Activities include cardiovascular training, functional training, circuit workouts, and just plain fun and games. Participants can expect to have a fun exercise session that teaches and encourages the basics of physical fitness- warm up, cool down, proper stretching, and appropriate pacing and progression.
Members: Free; Non-Members: $20/5 punch card
What to bring to class: towel & water bottle. All exercise equipment provided.

Mon-Thurs 6:00 am-8:30 pm;
Friday 6:00 am- 7:00 pm;
Saturday 8:00 am- 4:00 pm;
