The Personal Trainers at Haywood Regional Health & Fitness Center have academic training, numerous years of training experience, and a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Our Personal Trainers are dedicated to helping you realize your potential. We also educate you on the necessary tools needed to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle for years to come. Program design includes sport-specific training, strength development, functional training, individual yoga and Pilates and much more! Personal Training can be done one on one or in a small group. Trainers are available and will work to accommodate your schedule.
